PRICING LOW-DOWN

A 10% non-refundable deposit secures your booking; the balance must be paid before or at check-in. A friendly reminder email is sent 4 days beforehand.
If you cancel after payment, we keep 10% and hold the balance as a credit on your account for future use. If you request a refund for the balance, we apply a $25 admin fee. Refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Christmas and New Year payments are due on the 10th of December.
New Dogs
New customers (dogs) are asked to pay upfront, as we limit the number of new dogs that we care for at any given time. New customers always receive a quote first before committing to the pet-venture.
Prices
Our website shows prices for our services. This can serve as a rough guide for determining a holiday budget. A true quote can be requested via your online account.
What if…
If, for some reason, we cannot accept your booking, we will let you know.
If your booking is for a long period or a large sum, we can negotiate a pre-payment plan.
NON-PAYMENT?
By law, we can keep your pet until payment is made in full.
“I understand that according to the Domestic Animals Act 1994 No. 81 of 1994 – Part 5 – Boarding of Dogs and Cats (Page 149) – that Nathalia Boarding Kennels & Cattery can keep my pet in lieu of sums owing.”

FILL IN YOUR TIME INSTEAD:
If you get caught out with our closure times (noon to 2 pm), then we suggest that Nathalia is a neat little town to explore:
- Casual Step – for fab gifts and fashion.
- Three Belles Collective (north of the bridge) or Milkin’ It (near the Water Tower) – for excellent coffee & delectable nibbles.
- Brereton’s Bakery – for awesome pies and pastries (main street Nathalia)
- The Big Strawberry at Koonoomoo is worth a visit.
- Cactus Country at Strathmerton is AMAZING!
