We are a small family business, so whilst we are never too far away from the phone, we prefer that you try to contact us during reception (office) hours.

There are days when reception is not open for ins or outs. Reception is NEVER open between noon and 2 pm.
Contacting us
Because we are often outside having way too much fun with our guests, we find text messages the speediest way to correspond. Provide us with details about your question and we will get back to you asap.
We don’t answer the phone after hours, but a quick text can alert us to the urgency of a situation. Landline customers, please ask a friend to text us on your behalf for urgent after hours matters.
Emails via your ProPet account are monitored frequently throughout the day (and evening). However, responses are usually sent back during office hours.
Social media threads are only checked infrequently. We do not answer questions about a guests holiday via social-media.
Lost Dog?
If you find a lost dog with our NBKC purple tag on its collar, please send a text with the 4-digit or 5-digit code from the purple tag and we will get back to you ASAP. 0458 962 000. Bingo!
